Our Villa Managers are local Balinese and based in our Seminyak office. They will manage the following services:
Staffing
The staff is core to the customer experience. We know that the villa staff can make the difference between an average stay and an unforgettable stay which will be talked about when they return home. Our selection process will ensure your villa is staffed by people that excel at what they do, people who take pride in their work.
Below is a sample of staffing levels for a villa. The final Staff will be determined once we inspect your Villa and confirm the level of service that your Villa will offer.
VHM will provide extensive monthly training for all staff to ensure a high level of service to your guests.
VHM will be responsible for all staff related management including:
• Job descriptions
• Staff contracts
• Task checklists
• Payroll.
Property Maintenance
VHM will manage every aspect of maintaining the property. Our services include:
Implementation of a maintenance program for your villa
• Pest control schedule
• Waste management
• Arranging and supervising all Villa repairs.
If any major repairs are necessary, we will first request your permission to proceed with this. Major repairs is any project over USD$500. All repair costs (both those under $500, and those with your explicit approval) will be deducted from your monthly revenue.
Guest Handling
Our dedicated Villa Managers will ensure that your guests have everything that they need to make their holiday to Bali a memorable one.
Your Villa Manager will be responsible for airport pick up, a tour of the villa and scheduling staff based on the guests needs. Other services include organising massage/spa, tours, grocery shopping and any other request the guest may have.
Financial
VHM will be responsible for all financial aspects of your villa including making payments of operational bills including electricity, telephone, internet, housekeeping materials, maintenance cost and salaries.
At the end of each month, (10 days after the end of the month) you will receive a financial statement outlining income received from rental against spending on operational costs.
Supplies
The VHM group has negotiated special rates for all your villa supplies, including:
• Cleaning materials
• Soap, toilet paper, etc
• Linen (laundry)
We will therefore charge you cost price for all the above which will keep the price at a minimal charge.
